New account holder

I'm the new account holder of an over priced contract which id like to actually just cancel having dealt with call centers, social media accounts and now another forum for about 4 hours due to their incompetence and now being asked to created ANOTHER account on a forum to have someone guide me through an online account set up which is far from the issue i'm having. 

THIS NEEDS SORTING NOW!
