Hi,

i made an order this morning incorrectly, i done it without following my fathers referral code.

live chat has been useless, and i waited 30 mins on hold for the advisor to cut the call off as soon as i got through. so i have joined again through the referral link, and would like to cancel my first order which is no longer required.

 

is it possible to bring in the installation date slightly

when can i activate my app as i dont have an account or area reference yet

Have you specifically tried contacting the sales team about this matter? The best number to call them on is 0800 183 1234.

As soon as your new account is up and running and you've been given your account number and area reference number, you'll be able to register for My Virgin Media here.
