New VM customer, one month in, new contract sent unsolicited with wrong price
New VM customer, joined end/March 2020. I was sent a contract on March 29th for TV/broadband/phone, for £33 including promotional discount for a year. Price was due to go up to £54 on 30th March 2021. Fair enough, I'm a new customer, I know how this works.
Just had another contract through telling me my price is now £54, not in a year's time.
I can't contact anyone at VM and I am seriously unhappy about this.
Anyone from VM out there monitoring this? I need to get this sorted but now sure how to.

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.
