I tried to update my package via the chat option yesterday, but lost the connection before I could verify.
I have now been waiting over 6 hours on wattsapp for someone to get back to me.
If I leave can I keep my email address?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing delays with getting through to the team, have you also tried to contact us on 0345 454 1111/150 if calling from a VM landline?

Also with regards to the email, we usually advise that it would be deleted 90 days after being disconnected.
