I rang customer services in Saturday as for most of this week I've been experiencing packet loss and high latency. The advisor said a new hub would be sent to me but it hasn't been updated on my order profile nor has a confirmation email or anything been sent, so I have no tracking details. I work all day and its a nightmare sometimes trying to get packages redelivered or pick them up.
Any help would be appreciated. Cyberpunk 2077 is out on Thursday and I was planning on streaming it. I even booked two days off from work and was hoping to get my connection sorted by then! XD
