New Customer Registering for My Media Account

Hello

I ordered the Virgin Oomph package 2 weeks ago and the broadband is due to be installed on 8 March.  I've been given all the information to register for a My Media account, but when I try to register I'm told that "Sorry we have a problem" and "Either the link is broken or ....".

Should I be able to register now (as the welcome email suggests I should be able to) or do I have to wait until 8 March?  As I don't have a Virgin phone (until 8 March) there doesn't seem to be any way to phone customer services.

Any help appreciated.

Sorry to hear this has happened

Sometimes the registration fails "even though it advised you can do this" 

It may have to wait until the 8th March 

But if you have any other questions, you can ask me on here
