I have just received my second month billing. However it doesn't seem to register the £50 credit which has been applied to my account mentioned on my first month Bill.
I got an email saying the bill is £29 however it doesn't seem to mention the £50 credit. Is the credit listed somewhere else on the account or is this an error?
I tried texting the number regarding an issue setting up the mobile account as no details seem to work however haven't' heard back and that was 2 weeks ago...
Can someone advise please?
