So today I was on the text trying to sort out a new deal, we have everything on the tv(sky movies, sky sports, phone, broadband). Was paying £92 a month deal ending June. Got offered the same package for 18 months for £79 a month, lad on text telling me because I've been a customer for 17 years I got the deal at this price. Great.
Cut a long story short movies and sports removed from original package when the conversation never went that way.
So annoyed as I have to start the ringing up and trying to explain myself and probably end up getting nowhere.
Sigh!
