I recently negotiated a new contract after my existing 18 month contract expired. I agreed the terms of a new contract over the phone with an advisor, and the pre contract documentation was emailed out to me last Tuesday. On Saturday i received my new router as the new contract includes 1GB internet. However the new contract details do not appear to have been updated on my account. If i log in to My VirginMedia and select view my contract then there is no record of the new agreed contract. Can anyone advise on this please as i dont want next months bill to be based on my old contract price?
