Hi
We started a new contract yesterday yet it hasn't been reflected in MyAccount and the speeds have not changed.
Am I being too eager or has something not gone quite right?

Yep, no open orders.
Edit - it isnt quite the full 24 hours yet, but I was under the impression it should not take more than a couple of hours to action and make live from point of accepting?
Doesn't seem like the order has gone through properly, you have any partial charges showing under bills area.
No partials or anything like that.
I have the gentleman from retentions mobile number so I will send him a quick message later if nothing changes at the 24 hour point.

How did you reach out to retention's in the first place.
The usual way, "thinking of leaving", reject first offer and submit 30 days notice, wait for call back. Mobile because they are working from home.

I think I was just too eager, MyAccount now seems to reflect the new contract, I assume the rest will follow shortly.
