New Contract - Sky Cinema missing after change

On our wavelength

Just changed contract yesterday.  Should have Sky Cinema.  Not been upgraded yet.  How do I access Cinema?

I believe that Virgin have to manually add any Sky Movies or Sky Sports channels. Hopefully someone from Virgin will soon pop on and be able to check out if it's been done at there end.

In the meantime there's an option in a menu on any box running the TiVo software that essentially makes the box "phone home" to check to see what channels it should be allowing to be shown. Don't remember off-hand where the option is located

Package changes instigated by phone are usually immediate, anything done online or by self-service are manually keyed in 1-2 days.

On a TiVo/V6, synch your box's EOG with your account via Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.
