Thinking of changing to Sky and looked up my Virgin account to find out I have a new contract since May this year, which I did not agree to and have not spoken to anyone about.
Did you make any changes to your account around that time? Perhaps having a promotion or discount added (that's a common one) or perhaps adding/removing any services?

Have you been able to speak with us since your post to get this clarified?
I'm not able to book disconnections via the community, however if you need me to check the contract length for you let me know.
