New Contract Help

Our contract ended in April (VIP bundle £79) and are now on a rolling contract (£133.50). The price goes up again in March (£138.50). How do I get the same contract I'm on for the the price of £81 for new customers?

Re: New Contract Help

you can't. you are not a new customer.
You need to call in and see what they offer you for a new fixed term contract.
Its not going to be as good as a new customer price.

Re: New Contract Help

come even lose money on them as most people stay past the first year. I think research i read showed that people stay 3-4 years on average so they can lose money on the first year and make it back in 2-4
