Hi
Just had an email regarding my 18 month contract renewal.Current deal up in January 2024
It states i can have the same package/deal as i have now but for about a tenner (plus in contract increases), more.
However, when i looked at the renewal contract my Netflix wasn't on there.Yet this was part of my last 18 month deal?
Also there is no notification to show it is not been carried forward to new deal.
Anyone else had similar?

I have decided to take out the new deal based on my old contract. I have not had confirmation of this yet. Also if things aren’t as promised I.e. features etc are missing, I will be looking at the 14 day cool off period
The renewal email stated ‘keep current package’ so I hope VM are as good as their word.

To clarify, you have accepted the deal online?
If so and Netflix isn't appearing when the new contract starts, let us know and provided it's clear in the email that your services remain exactly the same, we can add Netflix back on for you and waive the additional charges for it, if any.
