New Bill is charging me for payments I’ve made

I have just received my bill for the last month and it says that my account is overdue. 
However I’m not sure why this is the case considering I pay through direct debit this should be automatic. 
my payment was reduced last month due to service issues and so the correct amount was withdrawn. But now I am being informed there is an overdue payment.

I also can’t resolve this issue with call centres being closed.
