New Account Holder discount

Hello

I became a new account holder a few months ago and at the point of setting up my account was told I'd receive a £75 credit against my bills however this has never materialised.

I've been unable to get through to speak to someone in customer services to see why not, is there something I should have activated in order to receive it?

Hi Ann-Marie10, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with your discount. Can you confirm how the service was taken? Was this directly through our website, a price comparison website which transferred you to us or was this done over the phone? If this was done by a price comparison website they would be supplying this to you. Chris
