New Account Details Missing

I've recently set up my broadband but my CIS documents do not contain an account number or Area Reference, so I'm unable to set up my account.

Can you please confirm how I can obtain these?

Sorry to hear you've not received your account information, usually this would appear on the contract sent when setting up.

So we can get this completed however I've dropped you a PM.

The message will appear within the envelope icon.
