I've just renewed my Virgin Services on an 18 Month Contract, I've been with Virgin since November 2007 and I'm extremely grateful to Dominic Burrows of the Executive Team for the offer that he made to me which I was more than pleased to accept, there's so much bad press in the UK these days it's encouraging that Virgin have gone above and beyond to keep my custom and I'm extremely grateful.
