Never received bundle bonus

In December I chose to use Virgin media for my broadband partly because a deal I could use came with a £75 amazon voucher.

When am I meant to be receiving this?

I have never had anything sent to my email (or in spam) or my home address.

I have received no further information on this offer either.

What am I meant to do here?

Sorry to hear about your concerns over your welcome offer voucher that you have yet to receive. Can you confirm whether the deal was through a 3rd party site or was it a deal through Virgin Media?

Hi Carley,

Thanks for your reply.

It was an official Virgin media offer done through Discounts For Teachers.

The full discount gave the package for a set length at a reduced price with the amazon voucher.

I know it activated as I am paying the monthly price displayed in the offer, however I have never received the voucher that was mentioned.
