I joined virgin media about two months ago. I've managed to create an account via the link in the email titled "Welcome to eBilling from Virgin Media".
Since registering successfully, I have never managed to log in to that account. Further, I am certain that I have recorded and inputted my account credentials and password accurately as I use a password manager.
I contacted virgnmedia support about this issue on Monday 25th of May via SMS, and was told that the issue was being escalated to a technical support team and that I should expect a call-back same day. I was never called back. I was on-call that evening so it is critical that my phone rings when I'm called - therefore I am certain that I was not called back.
