Never able to set up account

Been with this shower for 4 years..Never able to set up an account but 2017 someone sorted it.. needed to access the account again and getting the same problems with rejected username. So contact tech support who send me a reset link.

Before you can sign in with it, you need to confirm this new username. To do this, please:

  1. Check your inbox and look for the email we sent you on 23/11/2019
  2. Open the message and click on the link to choose your new password

this still ends up with the same

The infinite loop is back   We've resent your username confirmation email

You're almost there but before you can sign in with your new username, you need to follow the simple steps below:

  1. Check the the inbox for your email address g======= and look for an email from Virgin Media
  2. Open the email and click on the 'Confirm my username' link
  3. Follow the instructions on screen to sign in to My Virgin Media

Can't find the email? Please check your spam or junk folder in case it's in there, and make sure that emails from us are allowed through in future.

Another week passes and the promised fix is still not in place.

No communication from Virgin

Absolutely appalling service seems the hot potato has been dropped again

Yet  again I need to  log in to my account and it refuses the password and username you set for me so I try to get a reset AND IT REFUSES MY SECURITY QUESTION WITH MY MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME
