I want to remove my Netflix from my Volt package and have the billing back with Netflix. I did not ask for Virgin to take over the billing I just agreed to pay an extra 5 to view through my Virgin box. This has now put restrictions on how many people I can have on my Netflix account. I have tried to contact Virgin but quite honestly I have lost the will to live. Can anyone help?

To confirm, are you on the standard or premium plan?

To be honest I’m not sure but I think standard. The reason I say that is because I tried to upgrade to HDR but Virgin keeps kicking it back.

Thanks for confirming that. For clarity, what happens when you attempt to perform an upgrade to your Netflix bundle? Are you able to provide a screenshot of any error messages you see? Please ensure you block out any personal information such as emails, etc.
