I'm hoping someone on here can help, we signed up for virgin media package last month and to say its been the worst mistake we have ever made!!! After eventually getting it installed we then had to wait 2 and a half weeks to get a cable fixed as the guy who installed the box and router broke the cable running from the house to the telegraph pole...now that's all fixed but when we went to fix up Netflix, (when we signed up we got it for £5 a month) we thought great BUT no, when we called to a foreign call centre they said we hadn't selected Netflix when we signed up but we have the email to say we did....really thinking of cancelling but can anyone on here help?
