I know I am entitled to Netflix though Virgin media but when I try and use it on channel 204 its asking me to signin and it will not accept the VM signin but it works with my current Netflix signin
I currently have a contract with Netflix which I will cancel but I am concerned that my VM Netflix signin will no longer work
Can you please confirm that I will still access Netflix on 204 after a terminate my Netflix membership?

Hi NikosP,
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear there has been some confusion when it comes to activating your Netflix.
You won't be able to sign in to Netflix using your My VM details. You will need to have a Netflix account set up with them. If you package includes Netflix then you can activate this by logging in to My VM and clicking on the Netflix tile.
This should allow you to set things up and the billing with Netflix will then revert from being paid through your card to being paid through your VM account.
Let us know how you get on.
Many thanks,

I am a bit confused as my VM package includes Netflix, what I don't want to happens is transfer the Netflix cost from Netflix to VM.
In other words, when I terminate my Netflix subscription, I don't want my VM package cost to increase as Netflix is already part of it

Hey @NikosP thanks for the reply on the forums.
If your Netflix bundle is part of your package - then you will not be charge for Netflix unless you opt for the premium package, which has £5 extra per month.
All you have to do is sign in on the MyVM app, which you can do here, and then link in your details and Netflix will be available.
Let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Ilyas.
