Unable to activate Netflix inclusive since November 2022. Received 2 links neither of which work. Spent 50mins on phone to Virgin with no conclusion

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some issues with Netflix.
I can see you've been able to speak to us over the phone regarding this, it can take up to 72 hours to action what they've done, please keep us posted if there is no change.
