Netflix - unable to use

Hi, I have netflix as part of my package.

Unfortunately I managed to link another account to my TV package because when I was setting it up it wouldn't let me sign up and link my account on the TV. As a result I've now not been able to use Netflix on my TV package for 12 months. 

Virgin haven't been any help in how to unlink this so that I can set up a new account and link it to my package.

So in essence I can't use Netflix on the TV.

Help!

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with linking your account. In order to use Netflix, you would need to remove Virgin Media as the payment method on the account you have linked. You would need to do this direct with Netflix. Once you've done this, you should be able to sign in to My VM and activate Netflix through the Netflix button within My VM.
