Netflix to charge for additional users on same account

according to this article, Netflix are about to roll out charges for additional users not recognised as being from the same household - if this is rolled out in the UK, for those of us who have Netflix included in their Volt TV package, will any additional charges for additional users be added to the monthly bill?

We work closely with Netflix and we’re aware that they’ve recently implemented their paid sharing model outside of the UK which allows customers to share their account outside their household. If they have any plans to launch this in the UK which has any impact on your services, as soon as we have more information, we’ll let you know.
