Sorry to hear of the problems regarding the charges for Netflix, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

Can you expand on the issue experienced for us please? Have you had the service added to your package but are still being charged by Netflix as well as ourselves? If so, have you contacted Netflix in regards to this?
