Netflix not working

My Netflix has not been working through virgin media for over a month 

 

it comes up 

virgin media have put your account on a temporary hold please contact them directly so you can get back to enjoying Netflix 

 

I have spent over 2 hours a week on hold with various different people who have not got a clue and got different answers/lies and false promises from untrained staff
