Netflix not showing on my latest bill

I have received my latest bill due for December and for some unknown reason Netflix is not listed as it usually is. I  have the £15.99 version which I have paid through my virgin account for years so why has it been removed and what do I do about it?

Can you log into your Netflix account and click on pay by Virgin Media.

I have logged into Netflix account and it is due through my virgin account on the 22nd November. It is this date every month so why has it suddenly disappeared from my latest bill??
