Netflix deactivated

We renewed for further 18 months and got tv360 upgrade but immediately after doing install our Netflix was deactivated. After 6 painful chase up calls this has eventually been reapplied as part of our package but in the meantime 2 months dd have been collected by Netflix from my credit card account. Any suggestions on how to get this refunded without another painful hour trying to call someone and do they ever give consideration to inconvenience and ridiculous amount of time we spend trying to get simple things like this sorted out? It really shouldn’t be such a frustrating customer experience
