Hello,
Had Netflix working on my account, get it as part of my package, then received an email to say Netflix have cancelled due to virgin not paying.
I've tried restarting, but keep getting a message that there is no valid offer. Read that this has happened frequently to a lot of people. Has this ever been resolved?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with Netflix. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
