Netflix billing

Why am I being billed for Netflix, even though I have not signed up for this service.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, can you confirm If this is added to your bill or shows as part of your package on your account?

My bull is showing that’s it’s been added .which I have not added . I would not need to my partner has a Netflix account through them
