Hi,
I got in touch with retentions a couple of months ago as I was unhappy with the amount I was paying for my TV package. I spoke to a very nice lady who closely matched the Sky package I was looking at which included Netflix, I was told that I could have Netflix as part of my deal for no extra charge, but looking back over my last 2-3 bills I have noticed that I have been billed for Netflix.
Could someone look into this for me please?
