Netflix and billing

Hi, I already have Netflix and have for about a year, however, i'm trying to merge the Netflix bill into my VM bill rather than having 2 separate bills? 

I have my Netflix all set up on the Netflix channel on VM TV guide and app etc

Unfortunately the only way to be able to do this is if you cancel your current membership and start over. Remember this will delete your account and your profiles and shows within that account. 

To start over again, according to Virgin Media’s website there are two ways you can do this, follow these steps: 


If you’re one of the many users of the My Virgin Media online service, simply follow the steps below:

  1. If you are already logged in, click the Netflix banner
  2. Confirm that you’re not already a subscriber
  3. Click “Take me to Netflix”
  4. Choose the Netflix tier to your preference
  5. Enter your email address and create your password
  6. Start enjoying all the entertainment at your fingertips!


  1. Go to the Netflix app on your Virgin TV
  2. Select “Start your membership”
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Select Netflix marketing preference
  5. Start your membership (hooray, welcome aboard!)
