As I can't find any online chat or anything that works (keeps going to a message about a problem in the matrix), please can one of the forum team help.
A friend signed into Netflix on my Tivo and it started billing me as they had cancelled their subscription and was intending to start it up again.
They logged into their Netflix account and changed their payment method which I'm hoping has fixed it but wanted to be sure as it shows my account was updated on 20th April with £0.00 but doesn't really explain anything. I was billed £11.99 last month for a basic Netflix subscription as a result. I just want to be sure it's come off my account.
