Netflix activation email

I've had one this morning from the same address telling me "good news you can activate your Netflix account..." I did that 15 months ago.

A virgin media call center agent advised me to block the address and not click any licks as it would appear to be telling me to do something out of the blue, 15 months late...

Can anyone advise please

Hi RogerSan 👋

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Netflix email. The email you received is legitimate, and it would be best to unblock the sender and follow the standard activation process as advised on the most recent email you've received

Thanks,

Reece - Forum Team

Why would I need to activate a service that has been activated over a year ago and has been working fine since that date?

Hi @RogerSan thanks for your reply.

Okay thanks - apologies for this.

We'd advise if you've had no issues with Netflix, to ignore this email in that case. Usually it is to activate Netflix subscriptions through our side but please ignore this on this occasion.

If you do need any further assistance with anything going forwards please don't hesitate to let us know.

Many thanks
