Hoping for some help, as part of my new package I had Netflix included, it turns out for the last 6 months I’ve still been paying for my old Netflix account. I’ve now cancelled the separate account I paid for , but I can’t now create the virgin media Netflix account that’s included in my package. A link was sent about 5 months ago I missed, and when I click it’s out of date. Can anyone help resend this, or help me set up Netflix?

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, with your registration for Netflix through us, you should be able to activate this via your MY VM account, it should have the option to select the entertainment services that are part of your Bundle.
