Hi,Question before I proceed, is the VM website deliberately geared towards not being able to find an actual contact number to call them?On my bill for the last few months I can see the below screenshot on my bill statement. The only issue being, I have never used Netflix via VM. Can a VM representative please assist. Many thanks.The highlighted links in the screenshot for the 'help page' and 'Netflix Help Centre' do not help me as I'm being asked to create a new account in order to proceed!

With Netflix in order for you to get a subscription through your box, you will need to enter your pin, in order to cancel you need to get in contact with Netflix, do you recall setting this up or the log in details?
