Netflix Hacked

My Netflix has had it's email and password changed.

Over 2 hours on the phone to both VM and Netflix, to be told a service code is needed and it will take up to 5 days to be sent.

Still no service code issued by VM to be able to reset my Netflix account now on the seventh day.
