Hi i've just been on the phone to VM and changed my package and the guy i was talking to siad im being charged £15.99 a Month for Netflix but i've never used Netflix.  he said the bill started at biggning March and he asked me to go into my tivo box setting/apps and look for Netflix which i did but there isn't any Netflix Acc setup on my box. so how has this happened and can someone help me resolve this please

i just got this months bill and i can see im still have the £15.99 Netflix Charge on there

i was hoping this would have been sorted out by now  😱

Hi i got this months bill and i can see im still have the £15.99 Netflix Charge on there

its saying my bill is £68.99 but it should be £53 and is also says my bill was not paid in full

and my remaining balance has been carried over this month.  which is wrong i paid in full i always have done

so im not happy with all this as its been going on far to long now. 

And i shouldn't have to keep chasing this up and trying to sort this out every month.

i have good mind to cancel my tv package and go elsewhere.
