I have been in my new contract since July and have been unable to activate the netflix subscription that comes with my package - i have reported this several times and been told i would be sent an email and this has never arrived. I have tried to activate in the app, and on several browers. When i click the Activate Netflix button it says @Sorry, something’s gone wrong! We’re having some technical issues. Please try again later."
In the meantime currently paying for netflix sub! Any advice welcome
