I am having the same problems as everyone else trying to activate Netflix.I have set up my email and password but when I log in on my 360 box Netflix takes me through to pay £15.99 plan. Same thing happens if I try to log in online on my laptop.I do not have any Netflix links on My Virgin Media account. It does show Netflix on my current bill'
Any chance of resolving this issue

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Netflix. You should have received an activation email, you must set up your account through this link or there is no Netflix tile on your My Virgin Media account. Can you confirm if you have received the email with this link?

Just checked my account and the tile is there.Was not there earlier! tried to activate but it appears there is a technical error.
I will try later to see if it works
