I’ve just set up 360 with the new remote control. I’ve had many problems with Netflix and I had got set up a separate contract with Netflix. I now want to cancel that contract and use the account that is included free with my Virgin package. How do I do this? What order do I do things in?

Hey Wahwahwahr, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am sorry to hear you've had some issues with Netflix.
If you wish to cancel your paid Netflix account you are going to need to cancel this with them you can normally do it on there website.
To activate the free one if you get this with your package you would need to cancel the paid one first and the log on to your online account to activate Netflix.
Please do let me know how you get on. Thanks

Hi. Thanks, how do I ‘log on to your online account to activate Netflix’. Which username, login details do I use?

Thank you for your reply Wahwahwahr.
Have you previously registered for an online account with us?
If not you will need to do this first by visiting here and selecting register now.
Please let us know how you get on.

Yes, I have done that. What do I do next?

Thank you for your reply.
Have you been able to register for the online account and verify your details?
If so, is the option to activate Netflix showing on your account.
Thanks,

You just have to wait for the email (from streamingservices) then it will all be simple , but that wait could be a very very long time.
While you are waiting you may like to read some of the thousands of emails on the subject over what is nearly seven months of this issue not being resolved.
You will see thousands of posts by forum members asking the same questions , always getting the same answer to say that option does not exist or does not work , they are unable to actually help , not one person has got the link from their actions so far .. so they just continue to post the same poinless advice. This is not a Company that I would like to work for that does not support their staff or their customers...

Yes. I have logged in. I can see Netflix. When I click manage your Netflix account it takes me to a page about Disney, so I can’t see what to do

Hi Wahwahwahr
Thanks for coming back to the thread.
Can you provide a screenshot of this Disney page showing after you've clicked the manage Netflix?
