Need to speak to a manager asap

Hi I'm having a terrible time with Virgin Media I've called at least 10 times as one of the agents took my discounts off my account which wasn't due to expire until Sept 22 and been passed through to different departments to get this resolved and noone seems to be able to help me or they say thats it sorted now for you and I get an email to say something different is there anyone who can help me I cannot go through another team people and stay on the phone to virgin all day again I have asked the last 5 times I've called to speak to a manager and they've advised me the manager isnt available just now its just not good at all
