Need to speak to a HUMAN.

Due to COVID complications I lost my job and had to move out of my rented house 2 months ago. I've been trying to cancel my account because I can't afford it anymore, but every time I call it won't let me talk to a person. So they're just adding more and more to my bill and I can't stop it. Please help. I'm so lost and I can't even cancel it. I'm not paying for it, so I just need someone to cancel it.

you will have to pay until you cancel it.

You have 2 days to cancel as agreed in your contract.
By phone or by post.

You will have to give 30 days notice and if you are still in contract there will be early disconnection fees

I'm very sorry to hear about your job. Sadly we're unable to process cancellation over this site.
