Please help trying to make contact via phone - been holding on for 42 minutes.  I need to reduce my services I cannot afford services at current rate.

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues when attempting to contact the team.  Our lines are a little busier than usual at the moment. 

To make changes to your package, you can speak to our text team on 07533051809. The team are available Monday - Friday 7am - 1ppm and Saturday to Sunday 8am - 8pm.
