I need to reduce or cancel my package as I lost my partner to cancer at Christmas and can no longer afford or justify the huge monthly bill.
The only way to do this seems to be by telephone but I have tried for days now and either the line goes dead or I get an engaged tone or I get a message saying that all advisors are busy and I might want to try later.
