Need to downgrade account

Need to downgrade account but can’t get through on either numbers 150 from virgin on landline phone or 0345 454 1111 from mobile. 

furloughed at the moment again and can’t afford all of my packages so need to down grade

can anyone help??

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when trying to downgrade. 

 

I am afraid we are unable to make package changes via the forums but you can speak to the team via our text service on 07533051809. The team are available Monday to Friday 7am - 11pm and 8pm - 8pm on the weekend.
