Need to delay disconnection

I have just arranged a disconnection but now find the new provider cannot provide a new service for another 2 months.  I have tried to call 150 again to try and delay or re arrange a disconnection date but have been unable to get through.  I cannot be without internet as like most people am currently working from home.  Any suggestions please, I can't find an email address anywhere.  Thanks

Sorry to hear this, to change the disconnection date you can call on 150/0345 454 1111 as they would need to go through details with you.
